Two-room apartment (basis)
The apartments, spacious and bright, consist of an entrance to living room with kitchenette and sofa with double bed, comfortable and spacious wardrobes, table, chairs, TV and balconies from where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze.A part of the living room is dedicated to the fully equipped kitchenette with two electric or induction plates, oven and extractor hood, microwave, steel sink, wall units with accessories.
The double room, fresh and welcoming, has a safe, satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony, many with sea view.
All services are equipped with window, hairdryer and shower. Some two-room apartments, for maximum convenience of the customer, are equipped with two bathrooms.
The two-room apartments are suitable for 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed). At the time of booking it is still possible to request, for a small fee, a camping cot or a single bed.

Under the pine forest in front of the Residence many free games for the joy of children and relaxation of parents. And just 70 meters away, the Shark Park playground (for a fee), with its magical castle, cars and many other entertainment.
Bus stop
A few steps from the Residence, the bus stops will allow you to spend your holiday without worrying about travel and parking, to reach the Sambenedettese center or the shopping center area in 5-10 minutes.
Sentina Nature Reserve
The Sentina Nature Reserve is a coastal area of over 2 km squared completely interdicted to the most invasive human activities. Natural refuge of numerous species of resident and migratory birds, it is a bird watching paradise. On the long beach of the Sentina, completely free, Kitesurf is also practiced.
