Prices are per week and include energy consumption, access to the pool, wi-fi and air conditioning. Do not include the mandatory final cleaning of € 40.00 for the two-room apartment and € 50.00 for the three-room apartment.

• Supply of towels: € 5,00 per person
• Supply of pillowcases and sheets after the first € 7,50 per person
Conditions for reservations:
• Payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay, as a confirmatory deposit of the reservation;• Balance of the total amount before check-in;
• Security deposit of € 150.00 to be delivered at check-in. The security deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure after viewing the apartment by our staff;
• Payment of tourist tax € 1.50 per day for the first 7 days, exempt children under 12 years!
